Master suppression techniques - I was really fun, you are easily offended, why don't you have humor instead?

The lecture is based mainly on Professor Berit Åh's research. We practice and test many of the tricks that help us become aware of the suppression techniques to
counteract the effects they have on ourselves and others. When I train in master suppression techniques and meeting methods I link it with discrimination legislation, difficult words and expressions such as abuse, harassment, sexism, homophobia, racism, power, ethnicity, HBTQ, equity and gender equality.
